A: Yes, All the Items on our website are Original and Authentic Antique Film and Theatre Lights, Full Restored and re-wired to comply with modern-day regulations. (We don't sell any reproduction light's)
Q: How Long Does Delivery Take ?
A: UK Delivery takes 5-10 Working Days - Depending on Delivery Zone
EU Delivery Takes 5-15 Working Days - Depending on Delivery Zone

Q: Do you have a Shop or Showroom to view your products ?
A: We are currently an online only company at present and do not have a shop or showroom available for viewings. Therefore, We are able to keep our prices lower than say a traditional antique shop and pass these savings directly into our customers.
Q: I'm located overseas, Will the lamp work in the USA or EU etc ?
A: The Lamp will come set up for your required delivery country Electrical Voltage as standard (No additional Charge Applicable)

USA Customers:
The lamp will come with: ES26 Compatible bulb holder. American 110-120v Light Bulb, American Plug Conversion.
EU Customers:
The lamp will come complete with: ES27 bulb holder, 220-230V Light Bulb, EU Plug Conversion.
Q: How Can I Make Changes To My Order ?

Q: How Can I Track the Status of my order ?
A: We will update you as soon as your order is dispatched with a courier tracking number, so you can track the status online of your delivery.

Q: Do I need to pay VAT on my Order ?
A: We are a small business and are currently below the VAT threshold, Therefore VAT is not applicable or charged on the order value.
Q: What is your returns Policy ?
A: We are so confident that you will be happy with your purchase that if for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, please return the item in its original condition and packaging within 15 days for a full refund of goods minus the cost of collection.
For collections within the UK the, cost will be £10.00 per box or to arrange a swap.
For orders outside of the UK we’ll be able to arrange a collection for you, the cost will depend on what European zone you are in, please contact us for a more accurate collection cost.
